The ‘Love Lockdown’ star is planning to launch his own fashion line but wants to learn as much as possible about the industry first, and is already impressing bosses at his work placement with his attitude.

A source said: “He works all the time, and one Friday night recently he stayed until midnight. He is learning the fashion business from the inside and trying to do it quietly.”

Another insider commented: “Fashion is Kanye’s main priority at the moment. He wants to get his own brand started.”

Zandra Rhodes was left “embarrassed” but unhurt after she was involved in a car crash.

The flamboyant British designer drove her vehicle into the front of a hardware store in San Diego earlier this week, but while she was left shaken she had no injuries.

Her spokesperson said: “Zandra is fine. She panicked when the car went forward instead of reverse as she had intended. She is highly embarrassed by her mistake but is glad no one got seriously injured.”

The ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer has signed a reported £600,000 deal with fashion designer Christian Audigier to promote the label, which is inspired by the designer’s love of rock and tattoos.

Peter told BBC Radio One: “I’ve actually just signed a deal with Christian Audigier to become the face of the British Ed Hardy, which I’m really excited about.

“I met with him and had no idea what the meeting was about so I was stunned when he asked me to work with him. It’s very flattering.”

Christian is launching a London store this year and Peter is expected to play a big part in the opening.

Kylie Minogue hates being too thin.

The petite singer - who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 - has put on weight since undergoing chemotherapy treatment and believes her looks have improved because of it.

She explained: “It was hard to deal with. I still deal with it. I’ve got fat ankles hidden under these boots. But I think my body in many ways is better for having weight on it. When I look back at some pictures, especially before I was diagnosed, I just think, ‘That’s too thin, that doesn’t look good. That doesn’t look right.”

Overall, the 41-year-singer insists she is happy with the way she looks, especially as her body is returning to how it was before she was diagnosed.

Diane Von Furstenberg’s new perfume is reportedly making New York pedestrians feel unwell.

The coveted designer - who recently launched her new scent D Eau de Parfum - has upset US residents by pumping the strong-scented fragrance from the air vents at her store in the city’s fashion-forward Meatpacking District.

One woman told the New York Post newspaper: “I literally got dizzy from this. It is putrid, awful, something you’d find on a 60-year-old matron.

“She has got some nerve wafting this out of her store. There is a point at which these peoples’ egos and chutzpah absolutely begin to take over any sense of reality or consideration for other people.”
