London Fashion Week is fast approaching. And if the stress of trying to nab the goody bags from the front row without security noticing gets too much, or your pretty but impractical shoes are rubbing then it may be time to take advantage of the various discounts on offer around the shows.

Retailers at Seven Dials, the shopping area between Soho and Covent Garden, are offering up to 20% off between September 24 to 27.

Participating stores include Adee Phelan Salons, All Saints, American Apparel, Carhartt, Coco de Mer, Fenchurch, Firetrap, Freddy, Gary Holder Jewellery, IMSO, Jelly Pong Pong, Karine Jackson, Laura Lee, M Butterfly, Miller Harris, Miss Sixty, MIMCO, Mint, Miss LaLa’s Boudoir, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Orla Kiely, Pauline Burrows, Pepe Jeans, Rio Beach, Rouge Make-Up School, Screenface, The Dover Bookshop, Tomcat Leather, Volcom and Unconditional+.

Stores will be open longer, until 8pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 6pm on Sunday.

All sounds pretty brilliant. However, I also then found out there will be restaurants and cafe’s offering special Fashion Week menus too. With the collective BMI of Fashion Week attendees, read into that what you will. Boulevard, Cafe Rouge, Côte Bistro, Hi Sushi Izakaya, Le Cafe du Jardin and Sophie’s Steakhouse will all be participating. There’s also a 20% discount on treats from retro sweet shop Hope & Greenwood, The Primrose Bakery and tea bar Bou Tea.

And if all you need is a good sit-down and all the small-talk and chatting has given you a sore throat, then head to the Covent Garden Hotel on Monmouth Street, which will be screening the Devil Wears Prada on Saturday September 26, in their private cinema as part of their Movie Club two-course dinner package.
