Remember a few years ago when Victoria Beckham befriended Katie Holmes and Katie sliced her hair off into that razor sharp bob and started being uber adventerous with her wardrobe? Yeah, us neither. It feels like an age ago, and since, Katie has gone from fashionable to frumpy.

So imagine our surprise when we saw photos of Katie Holmes not only looking her age (she’s only 34, by the way) but looking totally fabulous as well.

Arriving back at her apartment in Manhattan last week, Katie wore leather trousers, a peacock green pussy-bow blouse and a long-line black cardigan. And accessorising with black court shoes and a matching black shoulder bag, she was the epitome of classic no-nonsense New York style.

We’re glad to see Katie has got her fashion mojo back (and that she’s obviously found a great hairstylist – look at that shine!).
