We reported you the news back in March that New York-based jewellery designer Pamela Love was rumoured to launch her debut collection for high street favourite Topshop early this year – and we’re pleased to inform you those gossiping tales have come true.

Set to grace the Topshop shelves this May, Love’s collection of South and Native American-inspired designs truly capture the spirit of tough femininity – and definitely add up to one bunch of enviable accessories this season.

Inspired by images of 1970’s gypsy rockers, Pamela’s aesthetic is youthful and laid-back, with an earthy feel that’s captured by her delicately strong metal designs, intricate carvings and easily-worn styles.

“I think Topshop is one of the most creative, fashion forward companies,” says Pamela. “I especially love the way they support young designers and help foster their careers. It’s one of my favourite stores!”

The Topshop collection will feature her most iconic designs, from the gorgeous Dreamcatcher range – a mixture of magic and folk jewellery – to the stunning Hearts & Arrows designs – with antique-finished silver pendants, earrings, cuffs and rings. And not forgetting the mystical Aztic-inspired Chain and Stud collection – cue plenty of fashion-forward geometric cuts with that little lot.

Pamela Love’s debut collection for Topshop hits stores on May 19th 2011 – we literally can’t contain our excitement!
