It can be an envious task reading the annual Forbes Rich List, but it’s safe to say we do it out of curiosity regardless, and this year, there’s been some slight changes in the world of highest paid supermodels.

The top three highest earners still remain the same, with Gisele Bundchen at the top spot with an estimated worth of $45 million after her various Dior, Versace and H&M campaigns in the last year; Heidi Klum remains in second position with a bank balance of $20 million after a 13-year Victoria’s Secret career and numerous fashion endorsements; and still holding strong in third position is our home-grown beauty Kate Moss, with a respectable value of $13.5 million, thanks to campaigns for Topshop, Dior cosmetics, Vogue Eyewear, Longchamp, David Yurman, Rimmel and YSL.

“Gisele Bündchen is clearly in a class by herself, and has been for a number of years,” Edward Razek – chief marketing officer of Limited Brands, who worked with the supermodel during her Victoria’s Secret career – told Forbes. “She’s an international icon who can also move product – from shampoo to couture.”

However, new entry Lara Stone replaces Doutzen Kroes at number seven after the Dutch supermodel took time out to have a baby earlier this year, alongside Victoria Secret’s newest angel Candice Swanepol, who replaces Miranda Kerr at tenth position after she too took time out of her hectic schedule to give birth to baby Flynn, reports Vogue UK.

Oh, the life of a beautiful supermodel, eh?
