Collette Dinnigan

24th October 2003 10:40 am

As fashion designers go Collette Dinnigan definitely represents the success that can be achieved from extremely hard work and determination.

“Even in the first six months I never really saw it as a cottage industry. I thought it was a proper business but it wasn’t. I would think, ‘Why aren’t I in all those stores? Why is that designer there?’ I thought I knew it all, I thought I was better than anyone. But I was so passionate and adamant about it and that carried me through.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
