Starting a rock-inspired fashion line myself, I was not impressed with the televised version of this show. It was non-informative of the history of Rock Fashion as it was claiming to be. The fashion the artists wore seemed to be a 90's revival theme. Tempted I was to buy tickets for the actual performance, luckily I did not. Had I, possibly I would have been able to see the models, collections, and anything but overly commercial stars, some of who are has beens (excluding Billy Idol, Gwen, Pharell, etc). But come on... Lisa Marie Presley in that GAWD-awful black wedding dress? No short-bodied person should be caught dead in it. And i won't get started on the cheap babydoll dress outfits in which Destiny's Child performed. I was pissy the entire time, with regards to the lack of styling on the artists, cursing their stylists the entire time. I give the televised version a "D" rating. Just my opinion.
