Henderson cheated my small, woman-run business when she failed to deliver a wholesale order as promised, even though she made me pay twice. A complaint with PayPal yielded less than 10% of what she owes me. If you don't believe me, check out Pisces Soap's rating on the Better Business Bureau site, which is an F.
