Interview feedback

Found this comment re the Vicky Haynes interview interesting and valid…

This person is a student and you’re interviewing her like she’s already a seasoned pro (and she’s giving advice like she’s one too). Not trying to be mean, I just find it kinda premature.

My Fashion Life was created not only with the intent of providing a valuable and informative space for those who like fashion but to also help promote those trying to gain awareness within the industry. It is a very difficult sector to obtain recognition in and can be very discriminatory.

MFL is unique because we choose not to focus on how much success or experience an individual or organisation has but rather on how talented they are. We enjoy fashion and we appreciate the opinions /advice of those already in the industry as well as those aiming to get their foot in the door.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
