Lost and found

Posted by Michele Obi on Friday, 19 January 20072 Comments

This is a bit of a longshot…. but I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve received an email from a reader who’s desperately trying to track down a beautiful dress. She’s given a full description of the product in question below, and I’d be very grateful if anyone could help out. Post your thoughts in the comments or drop me an email. Thanks!

Hi Michele,

I have no idea if you could help me, but your knowledge on the fashion sector may prove very fruitful for me! A few months ago I was browsing the web and found an absolutely stunning dress…and have lost the link and the designer name. If I describe the dress, you may know of this designer and will be able to help track this infamous dress down!

It was a long elegant gown type dress. Midnight blue with a large beautiful flower (almost like a large orchid or maybe magnolia) print down one side - chest to hip - in pale creams/pinks and yellows. The fabric was satin looking and gracefully fell to the floor.

Most of the dresses on the website were the same design with different flower patterns.

Do you have any idea on who the designer may be?

Many thanks in advance your help here is very much appreciated.

Best wishes

J
