I think Paris Hilton has been featured in Harper's Bazaar before, dressed by various designers, including Michael Kors. The concept of the article was "let's get some top designers to dress Paris tastefully" and the result was a credit to the designers. I didn't bother with her interview, I don't think either of them have any sense of style ,but I suppose they are a challenge for styling editors. However, NOT ON MY HARPER'S BAZAAR! It used to be my favourite American fashion magazine! Maybe I'll stick with the greek edition and fashion blogs! Hopefully, the publishers will take note.

I think that we should all step back a moment and bite our tongues, or chops in Paris's poochies case.
Now I know that it is so easy to get onto the bandwagon and throw our fashion daggers at wonderful icons such as Paris or Nicole, or the miniature dogs... (what are their bloody names anyway?!)

Anyhow, I strongly imply the merit of Paris and Nicole. They worked hard to get their clothes given to them by their stylists and carry those heavy dogs. Let's give them a break!! :)

YES, this cover is a travesty and nearly enough to make me cancel my Bazaar subscription! Hideous, and with no relevance to fashion. Glenda Bailey's tenure has been an unmitigated disaster, in my opinion.

I don't know exactly when the transition from supermodel to Hollywood celebs and unedumacted socialites became the norm for covergirls. I can say with certainly, just as fashion and design has gone down the crapper since celebs started dictating fashion (and designing it) so too will the print fashion magazines that have chosen to follow in the footsteps of Star and Us. How sad, we expected more from Bazaar.
