Help! I’ve been a complete gym freak these past couple of months but my laid-back attitude towards investing in a decent pair of training shoes has come at a price and my ankles are crying out for more support. I’m thinking of investing in these pair of Puma’s , The Complete Tenos IV to be precise.

I’m not the best at cutting through the technical jargon when it comes to sports shoes but from what I’ve read they promise excellent cushioning and support as well as flexibility and at £69.99, they seem quite reasonable. However while I can buy a pair of shoes on a whim I’m quite reluctant to invest in these just yet. I’d really appreciate your thoughts. Has anyone tried the Tenos IV and if so were they any good? Also does anyone have any other recommendations?
