Having anyone criticize your wardrobe can be a less than enjoyable experience, but if you have to go through the experience, you want the dynamic duo of Stacy and Clinton from TLC’s What Not to Wear doing the dirty work. Their flawless taste, combined with an unflagging sense of humor, ensures that the process is rewarding for all involved. Even when Stacy is deriding someone for an unfortunately tailored pair of capri pants, she manages to look fabulous. Which is why we are delighted to hear that she will now be hosting her own show on TLC, called Fashionably Late with Stacy London.
Taking a talk-show approach to fashion, the show will feature celebrity interviews, audience giveaways and complimentary cocktails. But not to worry—she isn’t abandoning Clinton and the fashion-challenged public; in fact, Stacy will be augmenting her current program with fashion advice for all of us who aren’t quite challenged enough to warrant a one-on-one tutorial. Instead, she will have regular people try out the latest in runway fashion to determine just how well they translate to street-wear and various body types. The show will debut Friday, November 23rd on TLC at 10 pm … no doubting making thousands of women us fashionably late for our weekend plans.

I adore Stacy. She’s beautiful, funny, compassionate and obviously very smart. The chemistry she has with Clinton is the main reason I watch WNTW and I even watch reruns. Annoying? Never.
