Before we start singing our praises about the collaboration between model/actress, Lou Doillon with Lee Cooper here are a couple facts to get you up to speed;

1. Lou, 25 is the daughter of Jane Birkin (the inspiration behind the famous Hermès Birkin bag) and French film director, Jacques Doillon.

2. The collaboration will span for three years with the first collection launching in stores early next year.

Right, so what did we think? Well firstly we have to high five Lou for making us even consider the possibility of buying a pair of dungaree hot pants. With a variety of styles, the collection features something for everyone from culottes to skinnies and our favourite, the high waist jean.

Quaint t-shirts, cropped jackets and top hats complete the collections Oliver Twist theme. Best of all Lou stamps her quirky style on the line with an impressive attention to detail. Our only criticism? The collection favours the more petite. Hopefully Lou will take this on board next time round!
