The latest issue of US Vogue has hit newsstands and as we suspected it’s generating quite a buzz.

For reasons unknown to us, editor, Anna Wintour opted to break Vogue’s unwritten rules for its annual shape issue and have not one but two models grace the cover, one of them being a man and a black man at that.

Shot by Annie Lebowitz, professional Basketball player strikes a pose with supermodel Gisele Bündchen, wearing Calvin Klein. Its the third time we’ve been treated to a male figure on the cover of Vogue, Richard Gere had the privilege of being the first in Nov 1992, posing alongside his then wife Cindy Crawford and George Clooney did the honours in June 2000 with none other than Gisele…again.

What do we think?
Unfortunately Gisele’s pose looks uncomfortable and unnatural, otherwise it could have been a great cover.
