I agree. Too many celebrities are getting involved with clothing lines. I'm not saying they shouldn't be allowed to, but are they doing it because its something they have a passion for, or is it something to put their name on?

There are parts I agree with, as well as things that I disagree with throughout the article. I don't necessarily think its a bad thing that celebs want to produce clothing lines. However, I definately agree that there are celebs out there that shouldn't have clothing lines. Saying that actors and signers shouldn't have clothing lines, I feel is kind of pushing it. That is kind of like saying that singers can't be actors, even though there are so many out there that do both and are amazing at each of them in different ways.

I also agree with the previous post. Just because someone is famous should not mean they get yet another leg up on being given an opportunity to make even more money. There are some celebs out there who I believe truly do have a passion for design. But those out there such as Hillary Duff or Ashley Simpson, are just in the market to become even more famous- leave fashion to the pros celebs!

I agree. There are way too many celebs out there that think they should produce clothing lines. Why can't people just stick to one thing anymore? why do they have to be involved in every market? Bottom line Celebs don't need clothing lines. Actors and signers should just stick to the careers they are good at instead of trying to be part of every market.
