I think the idea is a stretch that the new, refined image of McDonald's staff will usher in health-conscious consumers! Your food is not healthy to begin with, but its worth a shot given how easily the mind of the masses can be swayed. In reality, the the sophisticated clothes may bring more esteem to the McDonald's employees and in turn change their approach to work and customer service.
