Singer, Kimberly Cole has got us nodding our heads to her catchy debut single, “Nitty Gritty” (its seriously infectious!). Not only has she got a great voice but she’s also an ex-champion roller skater, so we figured she’s got to know a thing or too about staying healthy and beautiful right? And with the cold weather looming, we need all the help we can get! Here, Kimberly kindly shares some of her beauty tips…

My hair gets easily tangled since I have naturally wavy hair. So, I always detangle before washing my hair and I let it air dry to create a perfect wave with a lot less frizz.

Even though I have two family members who are dermatologists and have access to all sorts of products, I still swear by ProActive to help with break-outs.

I can’t live without Peter Thomas Roth eye cream.

If I want to splurge and eat something not too healthy, I will just have a really small serving and make a huge salad with tons of veggies to go with it.

I drink tons of calorie free flavored cherry water instead of soda. I still get enough hydration while drinking something that tastes good!

She loves sushi and counts Matthew Williamson, John Galliano, Valentino and Hussein Chalayan as her favourite designers. Her biggest regret - never seeing Prince in concert!
