   That is quite possibly the coolest mini-dress I’ve seen in a while! Maybe it’s just me, but anything with a distinct or obscure picture of the British flag just screams modern and chic in my opinion.

   Even though the cargo pants are better for the type of climate in London, I do believe that leggings would have been better.
