I find is hilarious how Anna Wintour is receiving such negative press about Vogue US. First and foremost I have to say Vogue US needs to pick it up. The magazine used to be the one and only magazine I would buy. Now it sucks. The magazine is so thin compared to before I find it to be a waste of money. Not to mention that many advertisements left Vogue US and went to Elle magazine. Elle magazine in my opinion has really stepped it up. They are doing such a better job with everything. Their pictures, articles and advertisements have definitely improved from before. I feel Elle has taken the number spot in America from best fashion magazine and Vogue US is now a far second.

There are so many people talking about Anna Wintour being replaced very soon, and maybe that is not such a bad idea. I mean I love her but the magazine has lost its flavor. The cover pages of Vogue US have been lacking. I hated the cover with Keira Knightley. It did not have any imagination, not to mention did not spark anything inside of me to make me want to buy the magazine.

Vogue US is not doing as well as the other Vogue magazines are such as Vogue Australia or Vogue UK. Vogue US has been in many girls lives for many years and it is such a shame to see the once great magazine is becoming such a disaster. The magazine needs to pick it up with regards to their articles and maybe under new management this could be possible. But I feel if Vogue US continues with Anna Wintour, all America is going to get is boring cover pages with boring articles. I love Vogue US magazine and I really want it to come out of this recession with a better plan to win back their readers that they have lost to Elle Magazine.

Leona – Sorry, but we are wasting our time discussing our feelings on a very popular magazine, then surely you are wasting your time saying to stop doing it?
Learn how to spell, and don’t comment unless you really have a worthy comment.

I personaly don’t think it was a good idea to opt for Cheryl, I’m a regular buyer of this magazine but found myself purchasing Elle instead this month.

Cheryl is just another air-head fake, she is a gorgeous girl I’ll give her that but come on. No Vogue, no!

You have to admit though… she did a WAY better job than many other celebrities that I’ve seen on the cover of US Vogue lately. Her face looks adequate for the cover of a fashion magazine, and she doesn’t have one of those weird facial expressions that have been on the cover of US Vogue for quite some time.

Even though it is a glaringly obvious choice for a pick, at least the ‘safety’ of the pick turned out looking good, instead of like an oddly proportioned figure that we so often see on one of Wintour’s covers.

clearly the worst thing about this cover is how her nose has been airbrushed to look smaller.
its bad news when vogue feel the need to alter the face of one of the most beautiful girls to come from this country
