So what do you get the person who has everything? How about some designer condoms. No, I’m not joking, clearly Alexander Wang has found a love for all things rubber, first Barbie, now Proper Attire condoms.

To coincide with Wang’s Valentine’s Day catwalk show, Proper Attire will be launching their Alexander Wang line of condoms. This isn’t the first time such a collaboration has occurred, last New York Fashion Week saw Yigal Azrouel team up with the condom brand to create three different designs, as seen above.

Guests at Wang’s show will receive a pack in their goody bag, whilst us mere mortals can buy them at Thompson Hotels, and Proper Attire. All proceeds will go towards Planned Parenthood.

I’m quite intrigued to see the packaging, talking about the collaboration, Wang explained:

“I used a spare design that felt sexy, modern and empowering. Empowering condoms, that doesn’t sound such a bad thing, and let’s face it if you’re going to do it, you might as well do it with style.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
