Ummm... I can't believe this article, and I totally agree with Jovial and Michael above. If these clothes were so unwearable, why did mega-commercial shopping site ASOS snap up a major chunk of the collection, on sale at the moment??

Hi Michael, thanks for your comment. Ultimately each audience member is bound to come away with a conflicting view on the collection. We're glad Diane liked the collection but our writer felt differently. Who knows, next fashion week we may come away writing a raving review about Ann-Sofie and you could totally disagree with us....

This author has not only been highly selective, she has shown a complete lack of taste. This show was extremely impressive, the clothes were well-made and beautifully styled and at least showed a sense of humour. Ann-Sofie has shown that the credit crunch outfits everyone seems to be designing do not need to be boring...

And my favourite fashion blogger, Diane, agrees: http://dianepernet.typepad.com/diane/2009/02/lfw-annsofie-back.html

A very easy collection to criticise. Especially when you select only a few image's. What happened to the dripping sunglasses? or the black velvet dresses? The wool/leather bomber jackets? Perhaps these would have failed to back your point up? I daresay people might wear them as an act of defiance to those who class them as unwearable. But we can't expect everyone to not be depressingly conventional. I'm sorry, but a totally imbalenced article. :0
