I actually like both versions..but due to price tag I’d have to go with Reiss.
I like how the Alice and Olivia dress falls off the shoulders, that is a perfect summer look. The prices make the difference though. If faced with the choice, I would agree with @fashion roadkill, I would go with Reiss. Both dresses are so similar.
