Ooh la la! Cedric Charlier has been appointed new creative director for the French fashion house Cacharel.
The 31-year-old, who has clocked up stints at Michael Kors, Jean Paul Knott, and has spent the last six years working for Alber Elbaz at Lanvin, is set to present his first Spring/Summer 2010 collection at Paris Fashion Week in October.
According to the Telegraph, Charlier replaces Eley Kishimonto, who designed the Spring/Summer 2008 collection, the only one for the Parisian house.
Cacharel, the label synonymous with pretty Parisian chic, will show at Paris Fashion Week on the 3rd October.
We can’t wait to see his designs for the French label.
