Lunchtime buy: Steve Madden Vipperr platforms

26th November 2009 12:00 pm

Since YSL brought out their fabulous caged shoe, we’ve seen many copies on the high street. Great for our purses, but not so great if we wanted to make the statement that the caged shoe really deserves. So, if you can’t get the real thing, then why not try something a little different?

Steve Madden’s Vipperr shoe comes in brown and grey and is a more feminine take on the caged trend, whilst still keeping that tough edge. We love the zipped back and the unusal knots lined down the shoe’s leather front.

Get your hands on the tan pair for shoes that will see you through spring 2010, or the discretely metallic grey and silver platforms for a current eveningwear update.

£135 from Shudoo.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
