She’s shone in the big names and embraced new faces too as she’s climbed the ranks in style stardom, and now Michelle Obama‘s been spotted sporting another top talent , New York’s Rachel Roy.
Last month the First Lady looked stunning in a custom-made Rachel Roy marble pencil skirt, which she chose to wear to the State Dining room event, and just a few days ago donned the washed rose and tweed shift dress from the Rachel Roy SS10 collection for her appearance on Barbara Walters’ ’10 Most Fascinating People of 2009′ TV special.
So, could Ms. Obama have a new favourite? She’s certainly picked well , simple, sleek silhouettes with a trendy twist have secured New York’s Rachel Roy a place among the industry’s top since starting her eponymous label in 2005.
The colours enhance, the tailoring flatters , Ms. Obama, we think you might have done it again.
