Moises de la Renta for Mango

No, we haven’t misspelled that. Oscar may well be the de la Renta you’re more familiar with, but you really should take a minute to remember Moises, his son. He’s a designer, too , and his designs will be coming to a Mango store near you very soon.

There are many plus-sides to having an extremely talented designer as a father, and clearly for Moises, the biggest of those is inheriting his creative fashion flair.

The 25-year-old , who’s said to fuse his father’s timeless aesthetic with his own youthful rock ‘n’ roll edge , has created a limited edition collection of T-shirts for Mango, which launch in stores this month.

“My inspirations for this collection were the traditional romantic themes, Moises explained to Vogue UK. “From pretty patchworks with summer flowers in sombre colours, such as rose, violet, grey and black, to graphic illusions which combine transparent effects, with shiny gems and adornments in between.

So now you know.

Priced between £25 and £45, the exclusive pieces will arrive in Mango stores in the coming weeks. Keep your eye on this one, there’ll be more where that came from.
