Lunchtime buy: Miu Miu bird suede and python clutch
Just how cute is this suede and python clutch? Miu Miu gave us a feast of gorgeous prints on their spring 2010 catwalk and it was their accessories that really drew us in. Those chunky platform shoes are still top of our Miu Miu wish list but this clutch bag – with optional rope strap – is not far from the top spot.
You might think perhaps that the combination of textures, the repetition of the dusky pink against solid black and the scalloped edging as well as the attention-grabbing bird motif might be a bit too fussy; yet somehow it works in a way that exudes girly charm and sophistication.
