Ciara in Helmut Lang

21st October 2010 1:00 pm

When you’re out and about shopping in West Hollywood, and you’re a well-known famous face, looking your best is an absolute must. Not just any old clobber will do – oh no! – only the best in designer gear is guaranteed to get you noticed.

Cue singer Ciara, who’s no exception. Looking gorgeous in Helmut Lang she hit the shops for a spot of lunchtime spending in a charcoal and cream motorcycle-inspired jacket from the luxury label, featuring a luxurious shearling-lined collar and asymmetrical zip.

The black lamb skin leather sleeves gives a welcomed unusual twist to this high-end piece of outerwear – not to mention the essential added insulation – and though the Christian Louboutin boots are optional, if you’ve got the cash to splash then go for it.

Thumbs up, Ciara, you wear a wardrobe must-have well.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
