Kate Middleton in Alice Temperley
Last Friday Prince William and his fiancée Kate Middleton were spotted out together attending a Christmas reception for The Teenage Cancer Trust in Fakenham – their first official event together since the royal engagement, may we add.
Naturally all eyes were on Kate’s dress – and more importantly, the designer – but it proved too much for Ms. Middleton to resist another classic British talent, and none could be more deserving than the quintessential Alice Temperley.
The monochrome chiffon dress from Temperley London’s AW09 collection proved an elegantly exquisite choice for the soon-to-be Queen, especially with that gorgeous gold plated neck detailing – and teamed with a sleek black tuxedo jacket and simple pumps, Kate pulled off a young yet sophisticated look to perfection.
And yes, Prince William, you look very smart for the occasion too!
