Alexis Bittar donates 100% of sales to Japan Relief Fund

17th March 2011 1:30 pm

In response to the devastating earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan, acclaimed jewellery designer Alexis Bittar has pledged to donate 100% of sales from his website next week to the Catholic Relief Services for Japan.

He’ll also be donating 100% of his entire day’s sales in store on Thursday 24th March.

Last year, Bittar raised over $60,000 towards aid in Haiti, and he’s hoping to raise even more for the Japan Relief Fund with a little help from shoppers: “Japan needs us – help me, help them!” he says.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
