‘Courtney Love Couture’ now available on eBay

8th April 2011 9:22 am

We’re not quite sure how the term ‘couture’ describes her latest collection, but as it goes all round rock-star Courtney Love has put some of her own clothes up for auction on eBay in a store called Courtney Love Couture – yes we’re quivering at the thought of it, too.

The business venture was set up by the people behind whatcourtneyworetoday.com – a personal style blog dedicated to Ms. Love’s ever-intriguing wardrobe.

We once again reiterate the loose use of the term ‘couture’ – in actual fact not all the clothes are couture items at all, reports the Cut . Way to go and misuse the word, Courtney.

Last time we checked, a vintage dress owned by Courtney Love wan’t quite the highest form of fashion.

Nevertheless you can still own a black Gucci dress Courtney once wore for $2,999 (£1,830).

We’ve checked it out – but purchasing something is a whole other story. You’ve got around four days to do the same.

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
