Reese Witherspoon’s Jason Wu failure
Reese Witherspoon is always one-to-watch on the red carpet, but last night she let us down.
Walking the red carpet for her new film Water for Elephants, the recently married actress needed to be noticed – sharing the event with limelight-stealing Robert Pattinson is no mean feat – but instead faded into the background with in an unflattering white prom dress hot of Jason Wu’s AW11 runway.
Whilst we loved the cinched in waist and monochrome colours, the wide cut of the shoulders didn’t flatter the tiny blonde and the satin fabric cheapened what could have been a delightful dress.
But we adored the actress’s hair and her fuss-free make-up was lovely.
Maybe it was just the newlywed glow?
