Stefano Pilati is scared of bloggers
At his resort show on Wednesday, Yves Saint Laurent designer Stefano Pilati revealed his current fear, and it wasn’t spiders or heights – it’s bloggers! We’d better be on our best behaviour with this report, then.
“I pay attention to all of them and I’m very scared … because who are these people?” says Stefano about his fear of bloggers.
“I would like to sit with them and ask them where they come from. Because it’s very easy to judge from your bed,” he tels WWD.
“At the same time, I’m fascinated. I’m fascinated by this era and this medium. If people are thirsty about fashion, I like to have a dialogue, but now it’s not a two-way dialogue; it’s a one-way dialogue.”
Er, yeah, we didn’t really get the last bit either, but we’re the good guys, promise.
