British model Agyness Deyn may have gone off the modelling radar for a while now, but it seems the Deyn has always known where her roots lay as she signs up once again with her very first agency, Select Model Management.

Deyn has left her current representation, Models 1, to rejoin Select, who initially signed her up as an unknown in 2002 and subsequently managed her career as she became a Burberry campaign face and Vogue cover girl.

“We’re delighted that Agyness is back under our guidance,” said Select Women’s founder and director, Chrissie Castagnetti.

“There are not enough British models showcased in fashion right now and whilst we’re proud of all our girls, we have always had a passion for home grown talent and Agyness epitomises that. It’s great to be working with her again.”

After basing herself in the US as of late, Deyn recently returned to the pages of British Vogue – with a Tim Walker shoot in the May issue – which saw a renewed interest in the model, reports Vogue UK.

“Select were the agency who launched my career and I feel in very safe hands with them,” said Deyn. “It feels right to be here – it’s like coming home.”

We can’t wait to see her in more editiorials.
