Kelly Rowland gets summer fever in Victoria Beckham

30th June 2011 1:30 pm

Kelly Rowland is taking her judging role on X Factor seriously, and we don’t mean she’s staying past home time to pour over contestants entries. Nu-uh, she’s dressing to impress the crowds at every audition in true judge style, and we, for one, approve.

First she wore a cute yellow Twenty8Twelve crop top to flaunt her figure, then came the dresses and sky high heels. Now, she’s opting for Victoria Beckham – a la Nicole Scherzinger on the US version.

Kelly opted for a canary yellow shift dress from Victoria’s spring 2011 collection. The elegant short hem and capped sleeves highlighted Kelly’s svelte figure, whilst her choice of a black and gold cuff toughed up the vibrant look.

But what we love most about this outfit – dress aside – is the contrasting electric blue platforms Kelly teamed with the yellow dress. The perfect example of how to rock the colour blocking trend, we applaud Ms. Rowland for her summer style hit!

Do you like Kelly’s canary-blue colour blocking outfit? Does she work Victoria Beckham well? Let us know your thoughts!
