RTW Wanderer: Marc by Marc Jacobs sleeveless silk blouse
The most appealing thing about this silk blouse from Marc by Marc Jacobs is that cool yellow mustard colour. It’s a nonchalant nod to the Seventies trend that we’ve seen so much of lately and is showing no sign of waning.
Now don’t get us wrong, we dig it and think it could look very cute with skinny jeans, chunky heels and a big floppy hat, or you could add a colour pop and team with a pair of bright clashing trousers, but the thing is, we kind of think this look’s been done and, dare we say it, in an almost overt fashion.
That doesn’t mean that we don’t like it – it’s pretty, playful and perfectly chic – it just means we want bigger and better, please.
