The awkward thing about getting up at 6am is not knowing what the weather’s like. And so, here I am, just arrived at Somerset house in a jumper and I’m sweltering. Still, it’s meant to rain later, so I’ll get the last laugh.

Today I’m wearing a navy, camel and grey cable knit – my new fav – from Zara with a vintage leather skirt. My boots (which you can actually see this time) are also vintage, and those grey socks peeping out are from the school boy department at John Lewis.

My Guess watch, Alex Monroe necklace and Me & Zena rabbit ring remain today (get used to the first two, I never take them off), and I’m wearing my Daisy Jewellery Chakra bracelet to give me a little boost in the creative department – I don’t think they do a thing, actually, but I figure it’s worth a shot.

My morning kicks off with Ashish and ends with a presentation from knitwear wunderkids Sister by Sibling this evening – via Jasper Conran and Jaeger, among others. All my shows are at Somerset House today (hooray for minimal walking!), so let’s hope this outfit proves practical.

Keep up to date with all our show reports here (and from today, you’ll see posts from our competition winners, too!).
