Pour La Victoire is one of those brands we see from time to time on our favourite online retailers, but rarely hear much about in press; and we don’t know why, really, since it makes rather gorgeous shoes and handbags to boot.
Still, we’re quite confident that’s all changing. Not only has the American accessories label recently launched its first ever ad campaign, its also unveiled a fully-shoppable e-commerce store, stocked with this season’s sexiest offerings.
And there’s every reason to be enticed into browsing – now in its third year, Pour La Victoire has garnered quite the cult following from celebs like Alexa Chung, Anne Hathaway and Rachel Weisz, as well as winning over the ever well-heeled ex-Vogue Paris editor, Carine Roitfeld.
In store this season: a stunning selection of seriously sleek boots – some high heeled, some wedged and some knee-high and flat – in an assortment of autumnal tones and textures; cute emblem-boasting flats and embossed loafers; and signature heeled pumps in glossy patent leather.
We’re swooning over the Gianni boots in boozy oxblood leather and contrasting ponyskin (pictured below).
As for the bags, the structured, boxy styles are particular highlights – especially the mirrored-metallic midnight baby.
