Amy Childs’ debut clothing line crashes her website within minutes!

First an underwear range with Ultimo and now her very own clothing line; it really does seem like the only way is up for 20-year-old ex The Only Way is Essex star Amy Childs.

Amy’s personal website crashed yesterday, as over 22,000 fans logged on in the space of five minutes to try and scoop some of the dresses in her debut clothing range.

“I am so pleased with my new clothing range,” Amy said. “It has been a lifelong dream of mine. My passion has always been beauty and fashion so I have really enjoyed being involved in every aspect of the design process.”

Amy debuted her 20-piece dress collection at Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Live at the weekend, before taking to a stall and selling some of the pieces herself.

“I have made sure that there is something for everyone and I cannot wait to see people wearing the clothes from my collection.”

We have to agree that there are styles in there to suit most body shapes and personal tastes – we even have our eye on a few ourselves.

The dresses are available to buy now on Amy’s official website and cost between £35 and £80.

Which ones tickle your fancy?

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
