Anne Hathaway is engaged!
Not only are we congratulating all the winners of the British Fashion Awards this morning, but we are also raising our metaphorical glasses to the lovely Anne Hathaway, as she and her actor-turned-jewellery designer boyfriend of three years Adam Shulman have confirmed that they are engaged!
Anne was seen wearing what looked like an engagement ring (adorned with Kwiat Heritage jewels) when she was out and about at the weekend, which sent rumours flying, but her spokesperson has since confirmed it to Us Weekly.
Anne and Adam started dating five months after she broke up with Raffaello Follieri – who pleaded guilty to 14 counts of money laundering, conspiracy and wire fraud – even though she vowed to stay single for a good while longer.
“I am very much in love with him, only Adam totally ruined my plan,” Anne told Marie Claire. “I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!”
We are already beside ourselves with excitement as we envision her endless wedding dress possibilities. Miss Hathaway is no stranger to an elegant gown or two, as not only has she played the princess on more than one occasion, but she herself is regularly draped in the finest couture on the red carpets.
We know that both skin-tight dresses that complement her svelte figure and multi-layered fairy princess styles suit her frame, so her options really are endless.
