Watch and listen to the TOWIE cast sing charity single, Last Christmas
Having a Christmas number one is something we think most musicians would aspire to achieve at least once in their careers, but now it seems like reality TV stars (and we don’t mean contestants from The X Factor) are aiming for the same goal too.
The cast of The Only Way is Essex have put their differences aside for the camera and have recorded their very own version of the popular Wham Christmas classic, Last Christmas. The profits from the sales won’t go on vajazzles and spray tans though, as all the proceeds will be donated to the Text Santa charity.
Professional singers Jessica Wright and James ‘Arg’ Argent naturally take the lead vocals, although all of the cast can be seen miming to the lyrics. If you listen really closely, you can even hear Nanny Pat wishing you a Happy Christmas, while Joey Essex’s popular “reem” catchphrases can also be heard throughout the track.

The single is out on December 18th, with all proceeds going towards the Text Santa initiative.
