Calling Karlie a “golden girl” in these adverts is not only predictable, but a severe understatement. Karlie Kloss is the face of Elie Saab’s spring/summer 2012 ad campaign, as shot by Cédric Buchet and styled by Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou.
While Karlie Kloss’s Vogue Italia photos may have been met with some controversy, we are fairly certain her Elie Saab campaign will go down rather nicely without so much as an eyelid being batted.
We love how the floaty, romantic designs and flowers in the foreground are juxtaposed with the harsh, moody lighting – a true masterpiece!
We aren’t the wagering types, but we would happily bet good money that one of the A-Listers of Tinsel Town will hit up the awards season red carpet in a design from Elie Saab’s latest collection – they’d be fools not to.
And we hope there are more Karlie pics where these came from!
