WATCH Alice Dellal talk about her Chanel experience (plus, get sneak peek at her fave Chanel Boy Bag)

30th January 2012 10:34 am

Ever since we heard the announcement that drummer and all-round rock chick Alice Dellal would be the face of Chanel’s new Boy Bag ad campaigns, we’ve been on the edge of our seats in anticipation for the latest updates.

Although we still don’t have the finished campaign to show you (Karl Lagerfeld is keeping it firmly under wraps for the time being) we do have a chance to look at Alice’s favourite bag from the collection. Even though we haven’t seen the entire range, we are loving her choice and think it complements her edgy style perfectly.

“I went for this one because of the stingray and the black leather and the chains,” Alice said. “I think this will age really well. The older it gets personally I think the nicer it looks and to me it will be a reminder of my experience of the shoot and the campaign.”

Do you agree? Don’t forget to pop back to see the full campaign when Uncle Karl feels it’s ready to be viewed by the public.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
