Sofia Coppola’s Marni for H&M commercial has landed!
Now that Jason Wu for Target is pretty much done and dusted (do let us know if you managed to grab a bargain online or in stores – make us jealous!) we can focus all our attention on the upcoming Marni for H&M collaboration.
Therefore, the highly anticipated commercial couldn’t have come at a better time! We’ve been looking forward to it from the second we learnt the legendary Sofia Coppola would be directing it, and she hasn’t let us down.
Akin to the ad campaign images (one of which we showed you last week) the commercial was shot in Marrakesh, Morocco, and features British actress Imogen Poots showcasing some of the finest pieces the Marni for H&M collection has to offer.
We think the picturesque Moroccan villa, Avalon by Bryan Ferry playing in the background, and the rest of the beautiful faces making an appearance in the commercial (try and see how many you can identify!) couldn’t be more perfect for the collection which debuts on March 8th… if this hasn’t whet your appetite for it, we don’t know what else will!
