Leighton Meester looks ready for spring at Vera Wang’s NYFW show!
We’ve missed Leighton Meester! We know she actually hasn’t gone anywhere, but we feel like we’ve been swept up in the awards season mayhem and have slightly neglected her. Well, not today!
We couldn’t possibly write about anyone else after clapping eyes on Leighton Meester’s outfit yesterday. The Gossip Girl actress looked cute and totally ready for spring as she attended Vera Wang’s autumn/winter 2012 catwalk show during New York Fashion Week.
She avoided the New York chill by covering up in a chic and on-trend beige coat, but ensured that even while wrapped up in a fab coat, her outfit still gave a nod to spring courtesy of some bright yellow sandals.
Once inside The Lincoln Centre, Leighton revealed her plunging, short and sexy green cocktail dress, which is of course, a Vera Wang creation.
“I can’t imagine a better way to spend Valentine’s Day than goin to the @VeraWangGang show! Wearin #lovestruck of course:),” Leighton tweeted to her followers. Aww.
It was a very stylish and star-studded frow at Vera Wang, with Anna Wintour and Viola Davis joining Leighton at the front, but she was, in our opinion, the best dressed by far!
