Check out Tom Ford’s long-awaited autumn/winter 2012 collection!

22nd March 2012 9:04 am

At long last, we can lay our eyes on the highly anticipated Tom Ford autumn/winter 2012 collection!

We expected great things from this collection, after Gwyneth Paltrow gave us a jaw-dropping preview of what it had to offer when she debuted the white cape dress at The Oscars – and topped most “best dressed” lists as a result.

We’re thrilled to say that we were not disappointed with what Tom Ford has been cooking up for the new season  and think the sayings “good things come to those who wait” and  “save the best ‘til last”  are very apt in this situation.

As well as the reappearance of the classic cape dress, we can catch glimpses of leather, fur, animal skin, and lots of gold, which includes everything from an oversized belt to a full-on gold python print dress.

Watch the video for yourself and be amazed and inspired!

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
