Scarlett Johansson covers May’s American Vogue!

12th April 2012 9:05 am

Finally, the American Vogue May issue is revealed, and we’re thrilled to find out that the cover star is none other than the gorgeous Scarlett Johansson!

Miss Johansson is one of the ultimate modern day Hollywood pin-ups, and we assume that’s exactly the look the fashion Bible was going for on the front cover as she is channelling classic 1950s icon Grace Kelly!

Photographed by Mario Testino, the screen siren is rocking a number of pale dresses from the likes of Prabal Gurung, Vionnet, Dolce and Gabbana and Nina Ricci (below) which only confirms why this has been Scarlett’s signature style for some time now.

In the editorial, you’ll find Scarlett chat to the mag about The Avengers, love, divorce, cooking, the awkwardness of those stolen intimate pictures and how she’s happy in her life and looking forward to the future.

“Everything’s been really great right now,” she said. “It’s been a good time. I’ve had peace. Relative peace. I just want to work on things that are really hard, and when I’m not working on things that are really hard, I want to hang out with people I like to be with, and that’s it.”

Sounds like a good plan! Check out more pics and bits from her interview here.
