Atelier Versace returns to the couture catwalk this summer!

After an eight year absence, Atelier Versace is returning to the Haute Couture catwalk this summer with not one but two shows this summer!

Last season, Atelier Versace eased us in gently with a small presentation, but this season the big guns are out and Versace is putting on a blinder of a show. Hooray!

Donatella Versace will be showing the brand’s latest Haute Couture collection on July 1st at the iconic Paris Ritz Hotel, before it closes its doors for major renovation. We know the hotel holds a special place in Donatella’s heart, as it was where her brother Gianni held his last catwalk show before he died.

“It is with tremendous emotion that I return to the Ritz where I shared so many special moments with my brother,” Donatella Versace said. “The closing of the Ritz Paris for two years represents the end of an era but also the beginning of a new one, so to be able to show Atelier Versace there one last time will be a memorable milestone.”

We couldn’t think of a better way to close the hotel, or indeed, a better venue to welcome Atelier Versace back onto the catwalk.
