Lulu Guinness for Uniqlo launches today!

26th April 2012 10:39 am

Lulu Guinness is the latest big name designer to lend her talents to the high street, as she has just created a capsule collection for Uniqlo, which is available to get your paws on from today!

The collection comprises of 14 scoop neck T-shirts (all priced at £14.90) each one with an iconic Lulu Guinness design, from cats to lips to doll faces, in her signature black, white and red colour palette.

“I have always liked the simplicity of Uniqlo products – they are fantastic for basics,” Lulu Guinness told Vogue.

“I looked at my main icons, and also my inspirations for the Lulu Guinness spring/summer 2012 collection, and pulled together my favourite designs which I then worked into the T-shirt design. My iconic lips were important as was my Cameo and my favourite print, Doll Face which was inspired by Peggy Moffitt.”

Lulu will be launching the collection at Uniqlo’s flagship Oxford Street store this evening between 6:30 and 9pm… you know, just in case you wanted to pop along.

About us

Welcome to My Fashion Life!

Launched in 2003 My Fashion Life is one of the UK’s leading top fashion blogs. Recognised for combining all the quality content you’d expect to find in an online magazine with the honest opinion and tone of a blog.

We love designer fashion, but we love a damn good bargain, too, so while we might lust after Lanvin one minute, we’ll be traipsing to Topshop the next.

You guys are the only reason we get up at 6am to cover the royal wedding and go to bed 5am after the Oscars – we’re dedicated to bringing you the juiciest gossip from the fashion world and delivering the best shopping guides we can muster, because hey, we’re just doing our job. And it’s a good job we love it!
